What’s New At G&G Builders

This quarter at G&G Builders has started with a quick pace. With numerous projects underway, our team is excited about what’s on the horizon and honored to work alongside our community. Here’s a preview of four projects we are privileged to be a part of this year:

Westlake Village

Westlake Village is a state-of-the-art community on Stockton’s delta with the heart and soul of a hometown. G&G Builders has the opportunity of building 3 new parks including playgrounds, site amenities and rubber surfacing. We are grateful to provide recreational amenities throughout the community, offering areas for families to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Stockton Transitional Housing Men’s Center

The Stockton Shelter For the Homeless is adding a comprehensive structure that provides transitional housing for men. G&G will build a three-story, 90-bed facility using shipping containers— the first of its kind for the city. In addition to providing more beds, the 13,000 square foot project will function as a one-stop navigation center that offers essential services to those in need.

Miller Park Restroom Renovation

In collaboration with the City of Sacramento, our team is starting a renovation of an existing bathroom at Miller Park. The 40-acre park includes picnic areas, river access, and a dock.

Maintenance Service Center Renovation for the City of Alameda

The G&G crew is beginning renovations for Alameda’s Maintenance Service Center. In addition to tenant improvements and upgrades to their restrooms, we are adding new showers and new finishes to their break room.

The Privilege Of Our Work

Working in the community we call home is an opportunity we are grateful to experience. Whether partnering with dedicated city leaders, local vendors, or returning clients, we are proud to provide premium services throughout the Bay Area. Stay tuned to see the final results of these inspiring projects.
