A Thank You To Our Industry Partners

With 2022 coming to an end, the G&G team is reflecting on incredible projects that we have had the privilege of working on over the years. Each project we have taken on could not have been possible without our industry partners, who are key players in our work. Here are just a few of our favorite projects that we are working on or have completed in collaboration with our industry partners.

The Stockton Shelter for the Homeless

The Stockton Center for the Homeless is a $5 million dollar project to respond to the homelessness crisis in partnership with the city of Stockton. To bring this project to life in 2023, we’re currently working alongside the RPM Team to construct a 3-story structure built out of shipping containers. Experts in design and consulting, RPM adds incredible value to this project.

We’d also like to thank IMS Builders for contributing to this project. Their knowledge of modular container construction is unparalleled, and we’re thrilled to have them onboard. Stay tuned for updates!

X & Broadway Navigation Center

In partnership with SHRA and the City of Sacramento, the X & Broadway Navigation Center houses 100 beds — providing a safe place for adults struggling with homelessness and looking to transition into independent living. A huge thank you to our project partners, including, Dryco, Prime Electric, Eagle Welding, and NV Heathorn. Offering mental health services, life skills classes, recovery assistance, and more, the X & Broadway Navigation Center project was truly an honor to complete.

Division Circle Navigation Center

We could not have completed this shelter without the help of Dryco Construction, a team of experts in fencing, asphalt, and grading. This facility offers 186 beds and extensive support services for those experiencing chronic homelessness. We were honored to collaborate on this project and further efforts to end the homelessness crisis.

Embarcadero Navigation Center

We worked with Sprung Structures on San Francisco’s Embarcadero Navigation Center. Their services allowed for immediate, energy-efficient, and economical installation that is perfect for dormitory housing, dining, and recreational activities.

Westlake Villages

Providing our team with an exciting jumping point at the start of the year, we partnered with Park Planet and Robertson Industries/Tot Turf to build three parks within this new state-of-the-art community on Stockton’s delta. This 1.3 million dollar project was completed ahead of schedule, averaging just over four months from start to completion. We are grateful to work alongside these trusted partners to provide recreational amenities throughout the community, offering areas for families to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Nealon Park

To encourage creativity and play, we were fortunate enough to partnered with MRC and GameTime to build Nealon Park for the City of Menlo Park, California. With tree-trunk tunnels, climbing walls, entry arches, and shade structures, the park’s theme reflects the area’s natural environment.

City of Alameda Multiple Projects

We extend our gratitude to Prime Electrical Service, Acosta & Sons, and Summers & Sons Electric, Inc.,  who have supported us in projects from the Godfrey Park Recreation Building Renovation to The Alameda Maintenance Service Center. These significant contributions to the Alameda community could not have been completed without their unmatched electrical and structured cabling knowledge.
