Building Westlake Village

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our Westlake Village parks project! Providing our team with an exciting jumping point at the start of the year, G&G Builders was given the opportunity to build three parks within this new state-of-the-art community on Stockton’s delta. 

Led by G&G team members Jesus and Horacio, this 1.3 million dollar project was completed ahead of schedule, averaging just over four months from start to completion. We are grateful to provide recreational amenities throughout the community, offering areas for families to enjoy an active lifestyle — take a closer look.

Encouraging Imagination & Community

To help welcome new residents to Westlake Village and provide areas for community gatherings and interactive play, G&G built three unique playgrounds (both play structures and single-piece units), installed site amenities, and added rubber surfacing throughout the parks. Parks include Summer’s Bend, Village M, and Autumn Trails — each depicting unique themes to promote imaginative play, self-confidence, and collaboration among neighbors.

Summer’s Bend

Featuring a bright royal blue and lime green play structure, the park at Summer’s Bend embraces cognitive development and exploration with its playful scientific theme. G&G Builders worked alongside designers, landscape architects, and various tradesmen to create a beautiful space for neighbors to come together.

Village M

Promoting adventure and connection, the Village M park combines play and ample outdoor space for children to explore and adults to enjoy. Building from the ground up, G&G excavated the lot, leveled the area down to grade, and installed all play structures and rubber surfacing. Installations include a play structure, single-piece units, and shaded picnic areas.

Autumn Trails

Complete with an intricate, space-themed play structure and shaded picnic areas, this park is the pinnacle of imaginative play, and provides a safe and inclusive spot for new residents to enjoy.
